If I do not have a Premium Plan, am I able to call my co-parent?

Only parents on a Premium Plan can start a call. Free and Standard members can receive phone calls.

To place a call, you can upgrade to Premium by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in using the website
  2. Select the icon with your initials in the top-right of the screen
  3. Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu
  4. Under Plan Details, select Manage plan
  5. Choose a payment plan and follow the instructions to enter your payment details
  6. Select Subscribe

Keep in mind, both parents must also have Recorded Calling turned on, a verified phone number saved to their account (for phone calling), and agree to the Calling Consent in order for any calls to be connected.
