How do I change the Recorded Calling setting on my account?

You can enable or disable calls at any time by following the steps below:

1) Sign into your account using the website

2) Select your initials in the upper right-hand corner.


3) Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu


4) Toggle the button next to Recorded Phone Calling or Recorded Video Calling. When a toggle is green that call setting in enabled, when it is gray that calling legend is disabled.
