How do I change the Recorded Calling setting on my account?

You can enable or disable calls at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in using the website
  2. In the menu, go to My Account
  3. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu
  4. Toggle the button next to Recorded Phone Calling or Recorded Video Calling

 

By disabling calls, your co-parent will not be able to place a Phone or Video call with you. Changes to your Calling settings will be reflected in the Calling Record.
