How can I change my default bank account in Accountable Payments?

Your default bank account is the account that receives money sent from your co-parent unless otherwise specified within a request.

To change your default bank account, you must have more than one bank account added.

Please follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:

  1. Navigate to Payments
  2. Select the bank icon with the gear
  3. Select the + Add a Bank Account button
  4. Search for your bank or credit union
  5. Sign in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
  6. Enter a nickname for the account
