Free members have 7 days to download attachments before they are archived. You can upgrade to a Standard or Premium Plan if you need access to attachments older than 7 days. Attached files are not archived for upgraded plans as long as the account remains in an upgraded status.
What if you need access to previously shared files older than 7 days?
If you need an attached file and do not have a copy saved somewhere else, you will need access to your Attachment Library to download the previously shared file. You can gain access to expired attachments in the Attachment Library by upgrading to a Standard or Premium Plan.
