I'm paying for a Plan through the Apple App store but I can't sign in.

Access to your TalkingParents account using our mobile app requires either a Standard or Premium Plan. 

If you have an active Apple App Store subscription for TalkingParents, follow the instructions below:

  1. Remove the TalkingParents app from your device and then reinstall it from the Apple App Store.
  2. Sign in again and you should have the option to select that you already have an active subscription.
  3. Choose the Restore Subscription option.
    • Sometimes Apple will fail to send notice to your device that your payment has been processed until you select this option.
