Your Messaging Record includes the details of every file upload and download, but it does not include the attached files themselves.
Why aren't the attachment files included in your Record?
Because we allow parents to share a wide variety of file types and formats, including audio and video files, it is impossible for our printed records to include all shared files accurately.
What if you need access to previously shared files?
If you need an attached file and you do not have a copy saved somewhere else, then you must access your Attachment Library to download the previously shared file. You can gain access to archived attachments by upgrading to a Standard or Premium Plan.
