How do I obtain my Record?

Electronically Certified PDF Records are $49.99 USD (or free with a Standard or Premium Plan). For users, this purchase gives you 24 hours to access and download your PDF Records.


-Follow the steps below to obtain a copy of your PDF Records: 

  1. Sign in using the website
  2. Navigate to the Records section of your account.
  3. Select PDF Records and Purchase Record(s).
  4. Enter your payment information.
  5. Select Pay.
  6. Add the Records you would like to obtain to the Cart.
  7. Select a recipient (Your email or enter another email address).
  8. Hit Send Email.

The recipient will receive an email from containing a link with a 6-character code to access the copy of your PDF Records.

Certified Printed Records (cost includes shipping via USPS Priority Mail).

  • Free Plan: $119.99 + $0.19 per page
  • Standard Plan: $39.99 + $0.19 per page
  • Premium Plan: $29.99 + $0.19 per page

Follow the steps below to purchase a copy of your Printed Records:

  1. Sign in using the website
  2. Navigate to the Records section of your account
  3. Add to Cart the Records you would like to obtain.
  4. OPTIONAL: Select the check box if you want to add a notarized signature to the Business Records Affidavit (additional $10)
  5. Review the cost of your Printed Records order and select Purchase
  6. Enter your Shipping Address and Payment Method
  7. Select Purchase Records
  8. Your record will be shipped within two-five business days.
