(New Look!) How do I send a reminder to my co-parent about a payment they are supposed to send?

You can send a reminder about any payment request you initiated that has yet to be paid or declined by your co-parent. 

Follow the steps below to send a Payment Request Reminder: 

1. Navigate to Accountable Payments 
2. Select the Request you would like to send a reminder for
3. Select Send Reminder

Your co-parent will receive an email notification for the payment request. You can send one reminder notification a day to your co-parent.
