I ended my Premium Plan but I still have minutes left. How do I use them?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

The ability to start or initiate a call through Accountable Calling is only available to Premium members. Premium members can purchase additional minutes. You must re-upgrade your account to Premium if you want access to any unused, purchased minutes. Purchased minutes do not expire unless used, even when your subscription expires.

If you'd like to upgrade and manage your subscription through the Apple App Store, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your free account on the iPhone mobile app
  2. You can choose to upgrade to Standard, Premium, or stay on the Free Plan*
  3. Choose Upgrade to Premium and follow the onscreen prompts to upgrade directly through the Apple App Store
  4. To manage your Apple App Store subscription, please follow this link

 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

  1. Select the three lines in the top left corner of the screen

  5. Enter your payment information and select Subscribe
