Add Files to Your Vault
- Tap on the "Menu" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
- Select Vault File Storage from the options.
- Choose Upload file from the options
- Choose where on your device you would like to search for an item.
Add Folders to Your Vault
- Tap on the "Menu" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
- Select Vault File Storage from the options.
- Choose New Folder from the options pop-up window.
- Name your folder, then choose Save.
Add Photos to Your Vault
- Tap on the "Menu" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
- Select Vault File Storage from the options.
- Choose Upload file from the options
- Select Camera Roll from the options pop-up window.
- Choose Photos or Videos based on your need.
Favorites:
When you open the Vault, you can filter files by those that you have added as a Favorite. Simply select the heart icon to sort your files by Favorites. Add a file to your Favorites with the instructions below:
- Locate the file you would like to add to Favorites.
- You will see a "star" icon next to the text. Select the "star" to add to your favorites.
- The Star will be colored yellow when the file has been added to your favorites list.
Descriptions:
Descriptions allow you to briefly describe the contents of the file and easily search for a file. Follow the directions below to add a description to your files in the Vault:
- Open the file that you would like to add a description to.
- In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, there will be three dots; select the dots.
- A menu will appear.
- From the menu, select Edit details
- Enter a description of the file and select Save.
How to search the Vault
The Vault's search feature allows you to search for files within the Vault using the file's title, description, folder name, and file type. Simply type in the title, file type, description, or folder name in the search bar, and all files that meet that criteria will be displayed.
