(New Look!) How do I change the Recorded Calling setting on my account?

You can enable or disable calls at any time by following the steps below:

1) Sign in to TalkingParents.com

2) Select the menu icon in the top-left of the screen

3) Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu

4) Navigate to the Calling section to Toggle the button next to Recorded Phone Calling or Recorded Video Calling. When a toggle is green, that call setting is enabled, when it is gray that calling legend is disabled.
