(New Look!) How can I get the transcripts with my Calling Record?

The Calling Record does not include call transcripts or audio recordings. Accountable Calling transcripts and recordings are exclusive features provided to Premium Plan members. Upgrade your account to Premium to obtain transcripts and audio files.


You can upgrade to Premium by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in using TalkingParents.com
  2. Select the menu icon in the top-left of the screen
  3. Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu
  4. Select Plan
  5. Select the "pencil" icon next to Plan Type
  6. Choose Plan, and follow the instructions to enter your payment details
  7. Select Subscribe

Members can also upgrade to the Standard or Premium Plan using the Apple App or Google Play stores.
