Your default bank account is the account that receives money sent from your co-parent unless otherwise specified within a request.
To change your default bank account, you must have more than one bank account added.
Please follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:
- Navigate to Payments
- Select the Manage bank accounts
- Select the Add bank account button
- Search for your bank or credit union
- Sign in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
- Enter a nickname for the account
