(New Look!) How can I change my default bank account in Accountable Payments?

Your default bank account is the account that receives money sent from your co-parent unless otherwise specified within a request.

To change your default bank account, you must have more than one bank account added.

Please follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:

  1. Navigate to Payments
  2. Select the Manage bank accounts
  3. Select the Add bank account button
  4. Search for your bank or credit union
  5. Sign in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
  6. Enter a nickname for the account
