(New Look!) How can I disable Multi-Factor Authentication on my account?

Follow the steps below to disable Multi-Factor Authentication on your TalkingParents account: 


1) Sign into your account.

2) Select the menu icon in the top-left of the screen

3) Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu

4) From the Account settings page under General, you will see Multi-factor authentication. If it is enabled, the toggle will be green. 

6) Select the toggle, if Multi-Factor Authentication is disabled, it should now be gray.
