(New Look!) Why can't I make a call to my co-parent?

Please ensure that your phone number has been verified and you have Recorded Phone Calling and Recorded Video Calling enabled in your Account Settings.

Keep in mind, both parents must also have calls enabled, a verified phone number saved to their account (to receive phone calls), and agree to the Accountable Calling Consent in order for any calls to be connected.

Only parents with a Premium Plan can start a call. To place a call, you can upgrade to Premium by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in using the website
  2. Select the icon with your initials in the top-right of the screen
  3. Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu
  4. Under Plan Details, select Manage plan
  5. Choose a payment plan and follow the instructions to enter your payment details
  6. Select Subscribe

Members can also choose to upgrade to the Standard or Premium Plan using the Apple App or Google Play stores.
